This website (tsmart.ai)
This site is a static information page. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics or tracking code and makes no requests to third-party resources. Fonts and images are served from the site itself.
The site is delivered through an edge network for performance and protection. The edge provider may process IP addresses and request metadata for a short period for security purposes. The origin server keeps no access log for this site.
Admin console and mail service
admin.tsmart.ai, security.tsmart.ai and the company consoles are for authorized administrators only. The console uses a single strictly necessary session cookie; there are no advertising or tracking cookies. Administrator actions are written to an audit log (action, time, IP address) for security purposes.
Data processed by the mail service and where it is kept:

Source-account passwords entered for a migration are kept on the mail server only for that sync job and removed when the job is deleted. API keys are stored as hashes only.
Retention and security
- Data is not transferred outside the European Union.
- TLS 1.2+ in transit, encrypted mailboxes at rest, mandatory 2-step verification for administrator access.
- The mail server undergoes an automated security audit every day; findings are tracked until resolved.
- When a workspace is closed, its data is deleted after the backup retention period.
